All employees of the centre are contractually bound to privacy and are regularly made aware of the importance of this commitment. Furthermore, the client is ensured that the \u201ctechnology-application pairings&#8221; for their research targets are exclusive and that Kemitek will not re-use the same technology for a similar application for anyone else\u00a0without obtaining the\u00a0client&#8217;s\u00a0authorization.<\/p>\n<p>Kemitekexpects its employees to be part of \u00a0professional associations that govern their respective professions. They are subject to the rules and regulations governing their profession and are answerable to the authorities whose aim is the protection of the public.<\/p>\n<p>Kemitek further subscribes to the C\u00e9gep de Thetford\u2019s ethical policy relating to the prevention of conflicts of interest, complaint handling and accuracy of results.<\/p>\n<p>Kemitek also conforms to the Law 25 concerning the protection of personal data.
